Jun Cai is professor at the Academy of Arts & Design, and director of the Design Management Research Lab at Tsinghua University in Beijing. He is also external reviewer for the National Singapore University and Design School of Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Professor Cai has focused on design research. Through exploration of design-driven business innovation and leading design, he was a consultant for many projects and clients such as Motorola, Nokia, LG, Boeing, Lenovo, Coway, Aftershokz, Philips, Midea and ViVo. Furthermore, he has published papers and publications on design research, design strategy and design management.
